The youth exchange „Family Portrait” took place in Hajdúböszörmény, Hungary, between the 7th -16th October, 2017. The project was organized by FIRKA Youth Association, and it was supported by the European Union ERASMUS+ programme. The topic of the exchange was the family. Participating young people were thinking about how the function of family has been changed during the past years, how the roles has been changed in families. We have used a step-by-step method, by starting with the topic of families and roles in families, and slightly reaching deeper and deeper layers and issues. It was very important to not just talk about questions and topics, but also to share personal life experiences.
The venue of the exchange was the Fürdőkerti Youth Leisure Center in Hajdúböszörmény, with the participation of youngsters from five countries:
- Italy
- Greece
- Spain
- Lithuania
- Hungary
