The youth exchange „Leisure and Pleasure” took place in Hajdúböszörmény, Hungary, between the 20th- 28th April, 2018.
The project was organized by FIRKA Youth Association, and it was supported by the European Union ERASMUS+ programme.
The goal of our youth exchange was to empower the participating young people with skills and competences which helps them to be able to find solutions for themselves and for their peers to the problem of how to spend their free time in a useful way. To reach our goal first they shared the situation of their countries in the topic, and also they discovered the needs of their peers who are in contact with their sending organizations. After this, the basics of project management have been introduced for them, they get familiar with the criteria of a good project. They have used this knowledge to plan different free time activities, and they also tested it together with the students of a local primary school.
